I am currently creating the club of CPPD (The club Penguin Police Department) in where I want penguins 12 and up to help me keep Club Penguin safe. My dad is a moderator, and has told me to create the CPPD to help the other penguins and report the rude ones. It is a great responsibilty, and feel that anyone can join, member or not.
